Ok, no just joiking. Eating healthy food everyday can be boring cause of the simple fact that there are very few healthy foods which are amazingly tasty. To make them tasty, we have to slog a lot and we ain’t got time for that always. Today, we will be giving you the recipe of Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta. Does the name sound very tough to make, not really!
On the other hand, pasta is the eternal tasty food which is super easy to make. Now, for a slight;ly different pasta experience comes the Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe:
2 boneless chicken breast – cut it into thin strips
4 ounces of linguine pasta, cook it al dente
2 teaspoons of cajun seasoning
1⁄2 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 thinly sliced spring onion
1⁄4 teaspoon of dried basil
1⁄8 teaspoon of garlic powder
1⁄8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Add the chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and mix them together well.
Take a pan, heat on a medium flame and add butter or margarine.
After the butter heats up, sauté the chicken until it is tender. This will take about 5 to 7 min.
Now on low flame, add spring onion, tomatoes, basil, salt, heavy cream, garlic powder, black pepper and toss it all thoroughly.
Now add the linguine pasta and Parmesan cheese and mix all well.
Your yummy Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is ready now.
