‘The Pursuit Of Happyness’ is a film that never fails to inspire us whenever we feel down. This Will Smith starrer was released way back in 2006 and traced the story of Chris Gardner, who was a salesman in 1981 in San Francisco. He comes with an idea to sell bone-density scanners to doctors, and does not have any other medium to earn.
But as fate had destined, he got broke and was forced to roam on the streets with his child, Christopher.
The heartbreaking true story touched many chords and director Gabriele Muccino made sure to embrace the inspirational story with utterly motivational dialogues.
Here are 5 of the best dialogues that’d infuse the much needed motivation in you:-
1). "Hey. Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. Not even me. All right?"
2). "You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do something themselves, they wanna tell you that you can't do it."
3). "It was right then that I started thinking about Thomas Jefferson on the Declaration of Independence and the part about our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And I remember thinking how did he know to put the pursuit part in there? That maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it. No matter what. How did he know that?"
4). "Probably means there's a good chance. Possibly means we might or we might not."
5). "Can I say something? Um, I'm the type of person that if you ask me a question and I don't know the answer, I'm gonna tell you that I don't know. But I bet you what, I know how to find the answer and I will find the answer."
