Apart from this record, the film also broke the record of highest advance booking ever and now another chapter has been added in its book as the film is all set to have the widest release as it is going to cover around 6800 screens in the country. The record was earlier held by Prabhas’s epic film ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’, which released in approximately 6500 screens.
The movie was recently cleared by the censor board with U/A certificate with an approved run time of 2 hours and 28 minutes. The film’s trailer was released recently and gained positive response among masses. The film is going to trace the story of Robot ‘Chitti’ who will be pitted against evil Dr. Richard aka Crowman.
The film is helmed by ace director Shankar. It also stars Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson and Adil Hussain in pivotal roles. It will be released on November 29, 2018.
