The king of hearts ‘Shah Rukh Khan’ has been facing lukewarm response at the box office from quite some time now. His last film ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ was a complete washout while ‘Fan’ and ‘Raees’ were also not able to earn as expected. Now, his expectations rely totally on ‘ZERO’ that releases this Friday. The trailer and teasers of the film have managed to interest the audience and now one waits to see what the end product would look like.
In a recent interview with a leading newspaper, SRK was asked what he would do if the film fails to do well, he immediately replied: "I can’t change that, and if I can’t change something, why should I think about it? If people feel that 'Zero' is very important for me, it’s their feeling. God forbid, if this film doesn’t work, what will happen? Maybe, I won’t get work for six months or 10 months, but if I believe that my craft and art is good, I will continue to get work. I will probably make a comeback which I have been doing for the last 15 years (laughs), or maybe, the comeback won’t happen. The trade world has a point of view about a film’s business, and they are right from their viewpoint."
ZERO also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles while Mohammad Zeeshan Ayub will be in a supporting role. The film is helmed by ace director Anand L Rai.
The film releases on December 21.
