A few years back when we had to look for the camera of a phone before buying it, we had so little to see: The single lens camera of the front and rear had to have good megapixels giving decent clicks and that was it. Then came the dual lens rear camera, dual lens front camera, and the improvement has never stopped since then with the smartphone cameras.
We saw the world’s first smartphone with four rear cameras, the Samsung Galaxy A9, a few months back. The quad-camera of the phone was fantastic as each lens did a specific role to make the pictures detailed and colorful. Just when the world was astonished by this technology, rumors have come around that Nokia has already planned to launch Nokia 9 PureView, the penta-lens smartphone.
Rumor has been claimed by a Russian publication Nokia Anew that the phone will be launched next month, they also said that we should expect many surprises. As the smartphone sports five rear cameras which is happening for the first time in a phone so we are having a lot of expectations from it.
According to the rumors the phone will have the following features as well: • 5.9-inch screen with 1440×2960 resolution • Snapdragon 845 SoC • 8 GB RAM • 128 GB expandable storage • 4,150 mAh Battery • USB Type-C Port
Nokia has come up in the picture few years ago after leaving the Windows flagship phones, and adopting the Android community but the company wasn’t seen doing any innovation. With this launch we can say that they are trying their best to stand strong in the market. As the reports say, it is expected to launch at the end of January, 2019. Let’s see how much of the rumor comes true.
