They are easy and quick to make. They can be your healthy everyday breakfast. You can introduce any flavor of your choice. All the good things are right here with- Smoothies.

If you are tired by having fruit smoothies every day and to add something interesting, then you add fun by adding Blueberry muffin, pink power, oatmeal raisin cookie or anything which you like. I am a big fan of smoothies, as they can be enjoyed for breakfast, meal, snack, pre- or post-workout meal or even you can serve them a desert.

So let’s straightaway jump to the recipes of these lip-smacking smoothies without wasting any time.

1. Blackberry Coconut Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients you need:
 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or cow milk
 1/2 banana
 1/2 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Now you need to take a blender and start by adding milk, banana, blackberries and coconut flakes. Blend all the ingredients and until you get a very smooth paste.

Tropical Chia Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients you need:
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 ½ cup mango
 ½ cup pineapple chunks

Again you just blend all the ingredient together in a good blender and your smoothie is ready. To add little more sweetness to it, you can add honey. If you want to make it thicker add a large spoonful of Greek yogurt.

Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients you need:
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or cow milk
 1 cup strawberries, quartered
 1 banana, frozen
 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Start by adding milk and banana, then add strawberries to it. Blend all the ingredients in your blender and add yogurt to it. Make a smooth paste and take your interesting glass out to decorate it with a fresh smoothie.
