In our busy lives, we tend to lose all of our time in sleep and work until it is a Sunday or a day off. We get no time for ourselves, that is what frustrates us and we have to wait for the whole week to get rid of that frustration. That easiness too comes for just one day, and then again for the 5 or 6 days of the week we live with the same busy schedule. So should we live like this for the rest of our lives, or do something about it?
We should definitely think about this and take an action that changes the course of our lives where we are living as well as enjoying our life and not just surviving. We are definitely not going to suggest you to quit your job, or start freelancing to get more time for yourself. The first thing that you need to do is wake up early in the morning1. No we are not saying that you have to get up 15 minutes before the work time, and show-up on work somehow in a haphazard manner but at least 2-3 hours before your work time.
The extra time that you will get before going to work can be utilised like anything. You can have proper breakfast, can do book reading, play games, exercise or do anything that you want to do for yourself. With the time you spend in these you will have more energy, more confidence and you would be more active throughout the day. That definitely will increase your work efficiency and even after work you will have the energy to go out with friends and enjoy the half day of your life.
