Snacks always save us from food cravings, evening hunger and also when we are in a mood of fun. Food is the best way to make anyone’s mood better and if it is about snacks then it should be better than great.

So, we have some of the best non-veg recipes that are great for making winter snacking memorable.

1. Keema Tikki

This Nawab style street-food is a perfect evening snack when you are roaming around or just to heat up yourself. You can find this in all most every restaurant in Lucknow, but if you want the best then we suggest you taste the authentic roadside.

For the recipe, you will need chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander and boneless chicken that is already minced. Now you need to add a spoon of gram flour, red chili powder and dried mango powder, after mixing everything make small patties. Refrigerate them for 20 minutes and then shallow fry it. Enjoy your tasty keema Tikki with green chutney.

2. Kerala Roast Chicken

When you want to taste the heaven, then try rich aroma Kerala style roasted chicken starter. Have this in winter evenings or add them to your house party menu, the dish will be the best snack ever.

Make a thick paste by adding a spoonful of ginger & garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and garam masala. Let your chicken pieces sit in this mouth-watering paste for an hour. Now you need to fry onion, green chilies with ginger-garlic paste lightly. Marinate the chicken with this masala and add little water. Heat the pan drop few drops of oils and let it cook on low flame. Cook till it gets golden brown.

3. Chicken Popcorn

No more ordering the chicken popcorns from outside, when you can plan your movie evening at home by making them in your kitchen.

For chicken popcorn, you need black pepper, red chili powder, ginger powder, and salt. Then add all these ingredients with chicken pieces and add flour to it. Now you need to add beaten egg and some bread crumbs over this. Refrigerate them for half-an-hour and then fry them in the oil-heated pan. Turn them upside down and fry till they turn golden brown.
