We need to be fit to survive in this world, it is of the utmost importance to be fit as without health you can do absolutely nothing. When one thinks of getting fit they learn the exercises, and start doing it but most of the time people give up seeing that they are not getting any result. At that time, we need motivation, and positivity to not give up and lose all that we have gained. It is better to start the routine of exercising with motivation, as that only makes us work for it in the long run. “70% of people that start a fitness plan quit. Except you. Not this time.”

Sometimes people give up because of the negativity around them, and that is the worst thing you can do. “First they will laugh. Then they will copy. Don’t give up.” You should never give up because someone says you can never do it, or laugh at you, that is the time when you need to work your hardest to achieve what you want and show them what you really are.

Perseverance is what will get you the fitness that you need. If you are not seeing the results, that doesn’t mean you are not gaining anything, you gain the strength and that definitely shows after a while. “The hard part isn’t getting your body in shape. The hard part is getting your mind in shape.” Once you achieve the target of yours, you will know that all of it was worth it. The pain, the hard work, the struggle, the time, the sacrifice, and everything that you do for it will be worth it.
