Abhishek Bachchan is in the industry for the last 19 years, and people still say he is there because of his father Amitabh Bachchan. Well if you think the same then you are wrong. Most of the superstars have had their son brought in the industry but they failed miserably and had to leave it in a few years of their career, and many had to give up just after one or two movies. In this struggling industry many a talented people are not even getting films. In this time if an actor has been working for almost 20 years, and coming with at least one movie every year then they do have the talent without a doubt.
They call it nepotism but if one has not the talent then the term doesn’t even count. The term nepotism only lasts long for a person who has got the skills. Abhishek started his career in the year 2000 with the movie Refugee co-starring Kareena Kapoor. The movie didn’t do that well, but the album and the acting was appreciated. In the early phase he didn’t get quite good films, and even some nurturing in his acting was needed. He struggled but the first movie that changed the perception of acting in the eyes of the audience was Yuva (2004). He was casted as Lallan Singh in the movie, and people really loved his acting.
The next successful movie of the actor, Bunty Aur Babli came in the year 2005, and did great at the box-office. After that he did numerous movies that were a hit, but the movies that really give you the feel of Abhishek Bachchan being a great actor are Guru, Sarkar and Sarkar Raj. In these movies the actor has really nailed it, and none of the people can say that it is not good. Recently, in Manmarziyaan (2018) he was admired for the role, but was overshadowed by the other two actors in the movie because of their lively roles. Well, he is truly an underrated actor who is criticized just for being the son of a great actor, he has really proved his worth in the Bollywood industry.
