Diabetes is one of the deadly diseases which have no permanent cure. Most people around the world are suffering from this disease. In diabetes, the body does not produce the right amount of insulin hormone. 1. Drink Water in Copper Utensils: According to Ayurveda, patients with diabetes can benefit by drinking water kept in copper utensils. Just fill your copper jar or pot before going to bed, and drink this early in the morning. This brings copper antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties into the water, which will help you to keep your sugar levels in control.
2. Fenugreek Seeds: Report of many studies has shown that fenugreek seeds are beneficial for your health also it can bring down your sugar level. According to a study published by the International Journal for Vitamins and Nutrition, consuming 10 grams of fenugreek seeds in hot water daily keeps Type 2 diabetes in control. The fibre present in fenugreek seeds releases sugar in the bloodstream.
3. Other Important Diets:Patients with diabetes should include many healthy things in their diet, such as Karela, Amla, and Aloe Vera. These are very beneficial for diabetic patients. The fiber present in Amla is very useful for diabetic patients.
Apart from these diets, simple regular physical activity is also significant to cure diabetes.
