Lemon water is a great drink. It can be taken in both summer and winter season. There is nothing better than lukewarm lemon water in winter. You must be aware of the properties of green tea. Its antioxidant elements will help to lose your weight and remove the toxin from the body. Drinking it will improve your glucose metabolism in your body and sugar control as well.
If you mix light milk in your coffee, then coffee can be beneficial for you. In one study, it has been said that drinking a limited quantity of coffee reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Low-fat milk with cinnamon hot or cold without fat cream, fat will also destroy your appetite and too right mood. You can add some peas of cardamom, rose water and saffron as per your like.
If you are in a hurry and can't drink any of the mentioned drinks, then you can have energy drinks as well. Make sure to choose those drinks which have less caffeine. Four hundred milligrams caffeine is advisable per day.
