Whatever the hobby might be, reading books, watching movies, playing games, or anything just do it in the morning before leaving for the office. When you come back from work, then also you will have a lot of time to spend with your family and friends before you head to the bed. So sleep on time, get at least 8 hours of sleep, exercise daily and you won’t have to feel sleepy in the office again.
