Romance on the big screen or in the books can be quite influencing and enchanting. But, the toxicity in a lot of these romances often hides from our sight and we are left adoring relationships we should be barred from in real life. Let us reintroduce you to these couples in a new way for which you have to change your mind:

1. Harley Quinn and The Joker (Suicide Squad)
The Joker was seen physically attack her (quite ruthlessly) and more than often leave her to her own fate. His love or whatever thing you may call, changed Harley into the little monster she is now.

2. Ross Gellar and Rachel Green (FRIENDS)
The couple was seen controlling and manipulating each other in many ways. This popular couple taught us that relationships are all about a multiple breakups and patch-ups until you settle together in the end.

3. Edward Cullen and Bella Swan (The Twilight Saga)
Bella had to die for a vampire husband! She had to lose her human self, what else could be more bad! A 100-year-old good looking man (vampire) falls in love with a 17-year-old. They get married and she gets pregnant at just the age of 18.

4. Jaime and Cersei Lannister (Game of Thrones)
Oh now! What can you actually say about this couple who’re siblings! Yes, no matter how bold and advanced you are, you cannot digest incest. Keeping this fact aside, Jaime might have been indecisive and reluctant but he always acted according to what Cersei asked of him, no matter how despicable it was.

5. Rahul and Anjali (Kuch Kuch Hota Hai)
Rahul somewhere knew that Anjali loved him, but his character would always ask him to go for the 'hot chick'. 8 years later, he only fell for her as because she had long hair and wore a saree. I mean how ridiculous is that!
