If you are a beginner to the workout field or having problems in doing high impact workouts and exercises, then go for a low impact workout routine. It will not only help in losing weight, but it also saves you from having pain or injuries.

The low impact workout routine is exactly like placing your one foot forward and ease off strain or pressure from your body. These exercises will help your ankles, knees and other body parts without much intensity. Giving less stress to your body, let’s start working on the muscles.

1. Cycling

Cycling is a fun activity, you can ask your friends or sibling to join in the evening. This takes your less energy, easy for joints and help in losing weight. You can tone those little fatty thighs and you can lose more calories by practicing regularly.

2. Walking

Walking and taking little more steps are good for health. So stop roaming on bikes and taking local rickshaws, if you think you can walk a few more steps then it is good for you. This low impact exercise won’t give you any injury and will also lose your weight.

3. Bridge With Chest Press

The bridge with chest press routine is great for the chest, core, hamstrings, and Derrière. It won’t take your much energy and you won’t feel pain anywhere in the body.

4. Dumbbell Thruster

Whenever you are trying out compound exercises, you tend to lose weight as you use various body parts at the same interval. Although, the dumbbell thruster is incredibly effective and counted one among the best in low impact exercises.

5. Plank Jacks

Plank is easy and it counts your strength. Start by doing it for thirty-seconds and then slowly increase your time by one minute. You don’t need any tool for it, you can do it in your house easily.
