1. It's okay to lose.

We may fail multiple times in our life but they are not a failure until they give up. When you receive defeat in life you begin to feel that something is wrong with you. You start to lose confidence and feel very low in life. If you also find yourself in such a situation remember that you are enjoying the process even if you commit any mistake. If you do so you will definitely succeed in your life.
2. It is okay to be nervous

Before taking any decision or doing something big in life if you feel nervous about doing it and feel like quitting then you don't really need to bother much because nervousness is quite normal, in fact, a little bit of nervousness is good for you.
3. If you think you cannot do something- Go and try it.

If you are unsure about something and have a doubt if you will be able to do it or not then you definitely need to try it so that all your doubts are dealt with.
4. It's in mind- A quiet mind is able to hear intuition over fear.

All emotions, fears exist because you think they do exist. It is a mind game which needs to be tackled by you.
So stay positive! work hard and believe in you.
