Mercedes has kept information about the 2020 Mercedes Benz SLC Final Edition under wraps for quite some time now but the German automobile makers have finally ended all the anticipation by revealing the first look of Mercedes Benz SLC Edition. The slick looking vehicle will make its debut at Geneva Motor Show next month and automobile fanatics just cannot wait for its release.
The appearance has been really taken care of and the car will be available in yellow, black and grey colour options. The model of the car is on the lines of AMG Line version and the car is equipped with redesigned bumpers, new 18-inch AMG five-spoke alloy wheels and new perforated discs for improved braking performance. The car also gets memory seats and Airscarf function and it will help to keep the driver’s neck warm and fuzzy.
The supercar will come with petrol engines ranging between 1.6-litre four-cylinder to the 3.0-litre V6. Power output will be between 154 bhp to 383 bhp; the latter will be provided with the AMG version. The car will be able to hit 0-100 kmph in 4.7 seconds and the top speed is fixed at 250Kmph.
This will be the third generation of the Mercedes-Benz SLC class; the first generation was released way back in 1996 and the second generation hit the markets in 2004. If reports are anything to go by, then the SLC 180 and 200 will be available with the 6-speed manual transmission while the SLC 300 and the SLC 43 will be available with the 9-speed automatic gearbox.
