Breathing is the only activity our body keep on doing, either we are sleeping or even we don’t have this is our mind. But this is not with other functions of your body, we walk only when we want to, we drink only when we are thirsty, and do such other works only when our mind gives the command. But breathing is unstoppable activity, for which our brain never allow us to stop.

Breathing in the way has innumerable health benefits. It improves your postures, make you feel energetic, prevent you from catching diseases and reduces inflammation in the body. In simple words, deep breathing helps our health in more way that we actually know.

A lifestyle coach- Luke Coutinho shared in his recent social post about how breathing can be helpful in combating stress and anxiety.

You need to count till 8, where you have to breathe in till the count of 4, hold your breath till the count of 7 and then breathe out at the count of 8.
