In India, we can see that every month great dancers are introducing some new dancing shows, and this not only happen in India only but all over the world. Before this era where everyone is accepting dance as a career and even parents have no issues (accepting some cases), there was also an era where children were not allowed by either by parents or society to shake their leg. And that is the time when all the dancers only worry about dancing, without known that it also be an option towards a bright career.

In that era, we can see people dancing and enjoying, buy in contrast to that people today sending their small kids in the age of 2 or 4 to dancing classes and then sending them back to back many dancing shows.

In today’s time, I know it becomes difficult to get a good career which can offer a decent salary and fame. Either you can get good money or fame, but both in one hand at the same time is a little difficult. So can we say that competition has grasped the celebration of dance in its freezing hands?

Today, dancers are not shaking their legs for celebrating that moment, instead, they are running in the race of getting more popular than others. They don’t know about the feeling of dancing together, celebrating that very moment, the thing they just know moving forward and win the competition.

In a recent interview with most popular dancer and actor, young generation’s inspiration- Shantanu Maheshwari said, “I believe that sustaining something is important rather than just doing one film and slipping into oblivion. It’s not easy to get into Bollywood”. During the interview he also shared about his Bollywood career, and why his dance group and he will always dance to express and not to impress.
