There are reports of Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 6.1 getting the March Android security patch via updates in India. This updates for the four phones are being released over the air.
It is expected that in the coming days, this update related to security will be gradually received by every phone. The software update V3.51F build brings in all the Nokia smartphones and it includes March Android Security Patch along with user interface enhancements.
On the other hand, HMD Global has released the Security Patch of March for the Nokia 1 handset in Iraq. The updates include V1.550 which is connected to system stability with March’s Security Patch.
Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 6.1 Plus, and Nokia 6.1 currently work on Android 9 Pie. There is no change in the Android version after the latest update.
Nokia 1 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo but the phone does not get the latest version of the Android even after the update. According to the online report, an update of Nokia 7 Plus is 375.3 MB, an update of Nokia 7.1 is 342.9 MB, an update of Nokia 6.1 Plus is 339.8 MB, and update of Nokia 6.1 is 530.7 MB. Nokia 1 update is 816.4 MB.
