We all know that MS Dhoni is the boss when it comes to cricket. He is extremely cautious when he is on the cricket field. It’s been 15 years that Dhoni has been playing cricket. Still, he never took the game lightly. He always stays alert on the field whether he is behind the stump or in front of them.

During the 15th match between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings Dhoni once again proved that his reflexes are strong and his mind is as sharp as ever. What happened was Krunal Pandya bowling to Kedar Jhadav. Krunal had completed his run-up but he never released the ball from his hand. Going with the “spirit of the game”, Pandya stopped in his tracks and gave a ‘mankading’ warning to Dhoni.

But what all-rounder never notice that Dhoni was in his crease all the time.

After watching the replay the commentators were impressed by Dhoni’s alertness. Commentators Sanjay Manjrekar said that you will rarely see the former India captain do something that is incorrect.

Sanjay Commentator, “Right instincts for Dhoni. The bat was inside, the ball was in the scene. He does most things right. Just out of instincts, with Dhoni very rarely will you see him do something that is incorrect.”

In an earlier match between Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals, Punjab’s captain R.Ashwin had sparked a controversy after ‘mankading’ Rajasthan Royals’ Jos Buttler.

After this incident, R.Ashwin was criticized not only by fans but also by the players of the Cricket fraternity as they said that Ashwin went against the “spirit of the game”
