Actress Emilia Clarke has spoken over the final season of the hit HBO show Game of Thrones on the Oscars 2019 Red Carpet. She said the makers have taken their time while making the last season and it will all make sense when the viewers will experience the show. The 32-year-old actress is widely celebrated for her iconic role of Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO series. She said the final season is worth the wait and will shock the fans.
“It’s going to be huge, that much everyone needs to know. It took us a long time to film this one for a very good reason. But I think there’s going to be some things… I know there’s going to be some things in this last season that will shock people,” Clarke told on the Oscars 2019 red carpet.
The final chapter of the show airs on April 14 after a long interval as the last season aired on July 16, 2017. Earlier, the creators had revealed that the new season will be completely different and much bigger episodes have been shot.
They also claimed to have shot one of the most complex battle sequences in the history of television. Reportedly, it took 55 nights of outdoor shooting for the initially eccentric battle between humans and the undead.
