Krav Maga is the hand-to-hand combat system of Israel's national martial art. Krav Maga was developed by Imi Lichtenfeld, It is designed to make you confident towards self-defence. It includes western boxing punches, karate kicks, Greco-roman wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu fighting. In Krav Maga, you block the left arm and push forward with the legs.
A form of Martial Art which means "Empty hand" because we can't use any weapon. Hands and legs are the main forms of defence and attack. Karate is not only for self-defence, but It also helps in health benefits which are not found in other martial arts.
