All of us are prone to unintentionally erring in our everyday hectic life schedules and may not even realize that how these everyday habits are actually harming our health. These are some of the common mistakes that we make which is actually affecting our lifestyle and environment.

1. Make-up

It is hard to find women who fight their identity beyond the superficial world of makeup, which has become an indispensable part of our lives that we hardly notice it. However, it is a well-known fact that using too much makeup on a regular basis can actually lead to an ageing problem in your early 30’s.

2. Consuming water

Water is a crucial part of our lives and the consumption of fluids increases more in summers. However, in our busy lives, we forget to drink enough water, which can lead to several problems like headache, fatigue and tiredness. Thus once should drink enough water to stay hydrated.

3. Earphones

An earphone which helps us to keep us away from the unwanted noise is actually making us distant from the lives of people. We are so much in use with them we hardly understand how it is impacting our health as well. According to the doctors, using the earphones in excess can actually lead to blackheads.

4. Skipping breakfast

We sleep late in the nights and thus end up rushing for being at workplaces and the result is we end up skipping our breakfast. However, if you skip breakfast it can greater health risks like Type 2 diabetes.

5. Using smart phones

Smartphones, the 24 hours companion have made our life so much dependent on them we can hardly think our lives without them. However, the study says that if we use your phones before dozing it can decrease your attention span.

6. Polythene bags

Polythene bags were banned in our country long ago but they haven’t gone from our lives. Hardly do we understand that it is affecting the aquatic lives so adversely. Do we?
