Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has said that his company is committed to protecting the privacy of customers. Such a platform is being built so that negotiations on Facebook, including its partner platform messenger, Whatsapp, and Instagram, remain confidential and users’ data is safe.

Mark was Speaking at the company’s flagship program F8. Also, he said he believed that there are privacy concerns on the company’s platform. But he firmly said that he is committed to making changes and ‘beginning a new chapter’.

ZUCKERBERG SAID, “AS THE WORLD GETS MORE AND MORE INVOLVED, WE NEED THE SENSE OF INTIMACY MORE THAN EVER BEFORE. That is why I believe that the time to come is of private nature. ‘

He said, ‘This is the next chapter for our services. Because of keeping it lightly, our prestige is not strong with regard to privacy now. But I am committed to doing better and introducing a new chapter for our products. ‘

Zuckerberg said that such changes are being made and new features are being added so that all information related to users is kept secret. It includes their messages, their group’s information, payments, and even location information.

It is also trying to see India as the largest market in the form of Facebook, that its platform cannot be used to spread misinformation. In order to maintain transparency in the current election, Facebook has launched a feature that gives information about the source of all political advertisements. However, in the past Facebook has not been proactive about the Privacy Issue.
