Wake up alert to all the grownup kids of ’90s, mothers, and fathers of ’90s (in short everyone from ’90s). That time fashion trends are now adding spices to our fashion industry now. Remember how our mothers were so obsessed with polka dots, neons, and that skirt plus shorts cord sets… at that time we were kids and unaware of the words like fashion, trends and so on. But our mothers not, so whatever they liked at that time they made us wear that outfit.
And now while we see our old picture most of us laugh saying- how funny we look, what we are wearing in these pictures… But you know what all these fashions that we have already worn (thanks to our moms) are coming back in life.
So let us start our tour from 90s fashion to today’s trend:
You know it right- that how much you can do with a single black leather jacket. I know it is expensive, but if you store them with care, they can serve you for years. And the fashion of black leather jacket is not going anywhere and not going to fade away. The 90’s style of the jackets are back, and youngsters of today using it in many different ways.
Remember those fitting shorts that we used to wear in swimming pool, while riding on bicycles, they are back and with boom. You not only children but ladies can also wear them and can include in their casual and street wear style. So get your sporty look on with bike shorts.
Do you remember Anjali from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Miss Braganza, they wore so many neon outfits in the first half of the movie and if you see today’s celebs they are also so much in neon these days.
Nothing can beat the deadly combination of black and white that used to be so famous in 90’s cinema screening and outfits. And in today’s trends, they are back and well suited in street wear style.
Remember Anjali and Tina from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, the girls in the film (the film was 90’s hit) used to wear platform shoes and guess what I recently spotted the same style shoes in online websites and markets. They are back, and we can wear them again, woohoo!
