It was the year 1983 that marked the inception of one of the most badass characters of all time, Tony Montana from Scarface.
The film told the story about Cuba refugees who immigrated to America in the 60’s and how they went on to build a drug empire where Tony became the kingpin.
The film had many memorable scenes; the climax shootout is, till date the most gruesome and brutal climax ever. Even the motel scene where Tony’s friend’s head gets chopped off is certainly not for the weak hearted people.
But, what gave the film an edge was Al Pacino’s hot shot performance of no-nonsense, foul-mouthed and power-hungry maniacTony Montana.
Al Pacino lived the character thoroughly and made the character immortal, Tony spoke a dozen of lines in the film that were worth every whistle and clap, let’s look at some of the best ones: -
Tony has always been a man of his word!
So, you see, just swiping on Tinder does not work.
Life is a bitch and Tony knew it!
When Tony learnt the art of living alone.
Ambani, take lessons about business!
The truth resides there!
And the BESTTTTTT one!
