It was the year 2005 when Michael Scott and gang knocked at our doors and made our days happier and funnier.
The Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin always left us rolling on the floor laughing. While Micahel Scott made us realize that even being a dimwit is smart, Dwight taught us that being unconventional isn’t always bad, Pam taught us how to be patient, Jim taught us a whole new lot of pranks that we could pull off and just like this, every other character was arched beautifully and they all made a home in our heart.
The series also made us realize the power of love, Jim-Karen, Jim-Pam, Dwight-Angela, and Michael-Jan; everyone found love in the most absurd way but what matters the most is that they found it.
Talking about the format, the mockumentry drama was one of its kind of experiment, all the bets were put on Steve Carell and boy, did he do wonders? Absolutely!
He made the character of Michael Scott an invincible one and people loved his antics, the show many accolades on international level as well and the show has often been praised for its content, style, production, writing and acting.
The topical jokes used in the series were so good that they packed a punch and became an instant hit.
